TrendGo may offer certain tools free of charge (e.g. TrendGo Accumulate). Availability, scope, and functionality of free tools may change at any time without notice.

3.2 Free Trial

Some paid plans may include a one-time 14-day free trial.

• Trial eligibility is determined solely by TrendGo
• We reserve the right to deny, limit, or terminate a trial at any time
• Abuse of trials (e.g. multiple accounts to access repeated trials) is prohibited

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid access is offered via monthly or annual subscription plans
• All fees are charged in advance
• Pricing and plan details are displayed on the TrendGo website
• Payments are processed via third-party payment providers

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Renewals, Cancellation, and Refunds

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Users may cancel at any time via account settings or by contacting support
• Access remains active until the end of the current billing period

No partial refunds are provided for unused time, unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You use TrendGo tools at your own discretion and risk

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal or internal professional use only.

TrendGo's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the previous 12 months.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
